Training is in full swing
Continually the first session of the theme "Behavioural Management", held in December 2007 at the Training and reception Centre a second session began during the month of April to complete the formation of the fifty managers took part in the first module, which is the "awareness of communication problems" and should go, inevitably, by the other three modules planned for this course are:

   - The animation techniques for meeting and working group;
   - The analysis and resolution of problems;
   - The negotiation skills.

A gesture of solidarity
Responding to the urgent appeal of the Association of Disabled Drivers of Blida, the company has just offered four wheelchairs, to be provided for disabled people of this congregation, which, according to its Secretary General, Mr Ghrarmi Mohamed, never left their homes because of their disabilities. Through this aid, however modest it may be, INERGA, once again, has shown its support and solidarity with this fragile category of the society.
