Coordination Meeting between the HRD and staff Managers
To maximize the effectiveness of the staff managers, the Human Resources Department organized a coordination meeting held on the 5th June in the Reception and training Centre (CAF).

A meeting which allowed to raise almost all the difficulties encountered in carrying out this noble function, including, most importantly, the project level.

In the presence, therefore, of the Director of Human Resources and some of his collaborators, and the CEO Assistant, in charge of QSE and the staff Representative, this meeting, between function colleagues and their hierarchy, was a new opportunity to explain the concerns of each other.

The presence of projects Responsables, absent because of achievement imperatives, would have helped to grow the deliberations of this enlarged meeting.
