Learning techniques of Specifications Book elaboration and management of contract
Launched on 14th June and completed on the 16th, so three days of training, provided by Master AMER YAHIA Mouloud, on learning the techniques of drawing up specifications book and management contracts, had a very mixed and controversial impact in the minds of the twenty exécutives participants.

At the end of this training, they should have all be able to master the techniques of writing, analysis and exploitation of specifications and contracts. The elements that have already participated in carrying out such actions, by force of the practice and experience, admit to having found complementarities in their knowledge, but nothing more. The most laymen, believe that this action has brought nothing new because it did not take place as planned, especially in terms of exercises and practical examples, however, promised by the trainer.

In sum, this action aimed at a diverse group, consisting only of elements who have never taken part in drafting contracts or Specifications, would certainly have been exposed in a different way. One thing that has perhaps not thought of Master AMER YAHIA, former President of the National Market, regular to such practices and techniques.
