The Rélizane Draft: between satisfaction and caution
By coinciding his visit, which was already in its program of regular trips at construction sites, the CEO was both the guest and host of the Relizane Power Plant: he was invited by the Client ALSTOM to a ceremony of the visit of Mr the Wali of Relizane and the CEO of ALSTOM-Algeria recently appointed; at the same time, he was the host since they were visiting one of INERGA site.

If, in terms of progress, the CEO expressed relative satisfaction, he wished to draw attention to an obvious shortfall that could have been avoided if certain measures had been taken, including on the terms of safety at work and Panels. Measures have been taken on the field to improve the situation

As for the management of the project, the CEO was keen to attract the attention of the first leader of the project on the need to take account of economic aspects in order to avoid all excesses, especially when one knows that the customer wishes to increase the production rate to save more time, compared to what was contractually agreed.
