The outcome of the pre-employment
Profitable, both to the jobseekers and to the Enterprise, the Pre-Employment is a device introduced by the State to give a chance for graduates with no experience in integrating the world of work and employers to train on the job and choose its future frames.

Thus, some of them having benefited from this opportunity, have managed to be recruited by INERGA after a period of approximately one year when they succeded to give satisfaction to their employers.

In addition, through this gesture, INERGA demonstrates its social and civic commitment, which the General Directorate never stop to remind it in various occasions.

This measure concerned:
- Miss BAIK Kahina, graduated in economic sciences, recruited at the Department of Finance;

- Miss AIARI Kenza, graduated in economic sciences, recruited also at the Department of Finance;

- Mr BOUDRA Abdelmalek, a mechanical engineer, who is now an executive at the Material Department.

The General Directorate welcomes these recruits, for a second time, in the great family of INERGA, who, day after day, grows with new skills, from all quarters.
