Establishment of a Pre-selection and evaluation Committee of nominations
Created, following the decision of the CEO, a committee was established to ensure the screening of executives’ jobseekers for recruitment at the company.

Its missions:

• Reviewing applications of candidates for recruitment;
• Carry out the screening of candidates to call for maintenance on the basis of applications received by the HRD;
• Conduct interviews with qualified candidates;
• To participate in HRD and the Directorate General of its assessments.
This committee is composed of members representing:
• The General Directorate and HRD;
• The Director of the structure involved in the recruitment or his representative;
• A representative of the Participation Committee.

For its normal functioning, the Committee has its own Procedure Rules.

The Committee assistance is provided by the Management Skills Division.
